Psycopg2==2.8.6

Je n'arrive pas à installer Psycopg2==2.8.6 j'ai une erreur, j'ai également mis à jour pip avec la commande suivante:
pip install --upgrade pip, Je suis sur MacOS Sonoma 14.0.
